Wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm oil, canola oil), sugar, salt, curry powder, caramel color, yeast extract, spices (contains mustard), hydrolyzed protein, emulsifier, flavoring, milk powder, soybean protein, gelatin.

1.Prepare Ingredients: Cut 200g of beef, pork, or chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop 1.5 medium onions (300g), 1 medium potato (100g), and 1/2 medium carrot (100g).
2.Sauté: In a saucepan, lightly brown the meat and vegetables.
3.Simmer: Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the ingredients are tender.
4.Add Curry Roux: Remove from heat and break 1/2 pack (80g) of S&B Golden Curry roux into pieces. Stir into the saucepan until fully dissolved.
5.Thicken Sauce: Cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens.
