Matcha Soba (Dry Noodles)
Wheat flour (Japan), buckwheat flour, matcha, salt Tsuyu (Soup Base)
Soy sauce (Japan), sugar, shaved bonito & mackerel flakes, fermented seasoning, reduced starch syrup, salt, kelp, yeast extract
Additives: amino acid seasoning, acidulant
Allergens: wheat, mackerel, soy

For Cold Zaru Soba
Bring plenty of water to a boil.
Add soba and cook for approx. 5–6 minutes.
Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold running water.
Serve with chilled tsuyu; add green onions or wasabi as desired.
For Hot Soba
Boil noodles for 5–6 minutes.
Warm the tsuyu with hot water following package ratio.
Serve noodles in a bowl and pour hot broth over them.
