Usucha (Thin Matcha)
・Sift 2g (about 1½ bamboo scoops or 1 teaspoon) of matcha into a tea bowl.
・Add 60ml of water at 80°C (176°F).
・Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk for approximately 15 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
・Enjoy immediately.
Koicha (Thick Matcha)
・Sift 4g (about 3 bamboo scoops or 2 teaspoons) of matcha.
・Add 30ml of water at 80°C (176°F).
・Slowly knead with a bamboo whisk for about 15 seconds until thick and smooth.
・Serve immediately.
・Sift 2g (about 1½ bamboo scoops or 1 teaspoon) of matcha into a tea bowl.
