Bring at least 1L of water per noodle portion to a boil.Separately, boil 270ml of water per bowl for soup dilution. Warm soup packets (and oils/miso packets) by placing them in hot water beforehand. 2.Prepare the bowl:
Fill your bowl with hot water to preheat, then discard. Add soup and base stock contents, then dilute with 270ml of hot water and stir well. 3.Cook the noodles:
Loosen and boil noodles for your preferred firmness (usually ~30 seconds). Drain thoroughly and transfer to the prepared bowl of soup. 4.Finish and enjoy:
