1. Boil Water: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil (approximately 1 liter per 100g of noodles).​
2. Cook Noodles: Add the soba noodles, ensuring they are gently separated. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.​
3. Boiling Time: Cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, or until the noodles reach your desired level of doneness.​
4. Drain and Rinse: Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold running water to remove excess starch and enhance their firm texture.​
5. Serve: Enjoy the noodles in your preferred dish, whether it's a hot soba soup or a chilled zaru soba.​

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
