Gyokuro Green Tea Leaves
Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 50–60°C (122–140°F) to preserve the delicate flavor.
Place 2 teaspoons (about 6g) of tea leaves into a teapot.
Add 100ml of hot water, cover, and steep for 2 minutes.
Pour slowly and evenly into each cup, savoring the deep umami and gentle sweetness.
Enjoy multiple infusions, adjusting steeping time for each brew.
