Experience the depth and elegance of Fukuju Traditional Aged Hon Mirin, a premium Japanese seasoning crafted using time-honored methods in Gifu Prefecture. This amber-colored mirin is known as “the sweetest drinkable sake in the world”, born from the fusion of old Japanese koji culture and historic distillation techniques introduced from overseas.

Made from glutinous rice, rice koji, and in-house distilled rice shochu, the mirin undergoes long-term aging, developing a rich, mellow sweetness and full-bodied umami. It enhances the natural flavors of ingredients, adds a smooth gloss to dishes, and elevates everyday cooking with authentic Japanese depth.

Perfect for teriyaki, simmered dishes, soups, sauces, desserts, and more.
