Japanese Green Tea (Kukicha Stem Tea) 100%
Hot Brew
Place 6–8g of tea leaves into a teapot.
Add 250–300ml of hot water (80–90°C).
Steep for 30–60 seconds.
Pour evenly into cups and enjoy.
Cold Brew
Add 10g of tea leaves to 1 liter of cold water.
Refrigerate for 3–6 hours.
Strain and serve chilled.
