Yes, absolutely! We source all our products directly from trusted Japanese brands and manufacturers, ensuring 100% authenticity and the highest quality.We inspect all of our products for quality assurance before they leave our warehouse in Japan.

While most of our products are proudly made in Japan, some internationally recognized Japanese brands may manufacture certain items overseas while maintaining strict Japanese quality control standards. Each product listing includes details about its origin.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, this means we cannot modify or cancel orders after they have been confirmed.

However, if you have made a mistake or accidentally placed a duplicate order there is a 1-Hour Grace Period where you can request to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped or 60-minutes have passed, you'll need to follow our returns process.

If you notice an error in your shipping address or contact details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed, we will do our best to assist you.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food, or health products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.Please check our return policy for details.

We ship worldwide! However, international customers may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.


When sending personal parcels from Japan to destinations worldwide, the applicable tax-free allowances and customs procedures vary by country. Each country has its own customs regulations regarding tax-free allowances for personal parcels. Here are some examples:​

・ United States: Effective August 29, 2025, the United States ended the “de minimis” duty-free exemption for packages valued at $800 or less. All imported items—regardless of value—are now subject to tariffs.

・ European Union: The exemption limit varies by country but is generally around €150 EUR.

​・ Canada: Goods valued at CAN$20 or less are exempt from duties and taxes, with certain exclusions.​

・ Australia: Goods valued at AUD 1,000 or less are generally exempt from duties and taxes, excluding alcohol and tobacco products.​

・ United Kingdom: Goods valued at £135 or less are exempt from duties and taxes, excluding excise goods.

・ New Zealand: Goods valued at NZ$1,000 or less are generally exempt from duties and taxes, excluding alcohol and tobacco products.​

All orders placed with us are usually processed within 3 business days. International delivery takes 5-15 business days depending on the shipping method and country. Please note that the delivery times listed on the website are estimated times based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as flight availability, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or natural disasters in the destination country or region (delivery may be earlier or later).


If we are not able to prepare your order for shipping within 3 business days for some reason, we will contact you via email.


**In some cases, if some of the products are out of stock, it might take us about 5-9 business days.

**During year-end peak seasons, processing may take 6–9 business days.


**Please note that the Japanese holidays are not counted as business days.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey through our tracking system. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Shipping & Return

We offer worldwide shipping, delivering authentic Japanese products to customers across the globe. However, certain regions may have restrictions due to local regulations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please check at checkout or contact our support team.

We offer 2 shipping methods – standard and express. We try to ship all of our orders as quickly as possible, but given the large volume of orders, there are periods when shipping times may take longer than normal. If you are looking to receive your order in a hurry, we recommend choosing an express shipping option.

Shipping rates vary based on your destination and the total weight of your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping above a certain amount. If this threshold is not reached we charge a small flat rate shipping fee, so the more you buy the less you pay.

Yes! We provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount (depending on the destination). Free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected costs.

Customs Clearance Help

Customs authorities in your country may occasionally inspect international shipments. If this happens, they may contact you to request additional information or documents in order to complete the customs clearance process.


This is a normal procedure for international shipments and does not necessarily indicate any problem with your order.

Depending on the country and the product, customs may request additional documents such as:

These documents help customs confirm the nature of the product and ensure that it complies with local import regulations.

In most cases, we can provide the required documents within 24 hours.

If customs asks you to upload documents, please follow these steps:

2. We will send you the required documents.
3. Upload the documents to the customs website or send them to the customs authority as instructed.
