100% Japanese Green Tea (Matcha)
Sift approximately 1.5–2g (about 2 bamboo scoops) of matcha into a tea bowl.
Add 60–70ml of hot water at approximately 80°C (176°F).
Whisk briskly using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a smooth layer of fine foam forms.
Enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor and aroma.
Can also be used in premium matcha lattes or desserts, although it is specially blended for traditional usucha preparation.
