100% Green Tea Leaves (Japanese Tea)
Hot Brew
Add approximately 5g (1 teaspoon) of tea leaves to a teapot.
Pour 150-200ml of hot water at approximately 70-80°C (158-176°F).
Steep for 40-60 seconds.
Pour evenly into cups and enjoy.
Cold Brew
Add 8-10g of tea leaves to 1 liter of cold water.
Refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
Strain or remove tea leaves before serving.
Serve chilled.
