1. General Return Policy

 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The return is shipped back within 60 days from the purchase date.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take up to two weeks to reflect on your statement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defects:

 

❌ Food & Beverages – Non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 


❌ Health Products – Supplements, dietary supplements, medicines, and medical devices cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

3. How to Return an Item

 

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Processing Time:

  • It may take up to 4 weeks for the returned item to reach us.

  • Once received, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

  • The refund amount may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.

Returns due to incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailability, or unpaid import duties/taxes are not eligible for refunds.
